Yes!  Everyone in Bali expects everyone to have WhatsApp. Please download it and set it up before you leave your country. That's how the Villa Manager will contact you, and you can contact them too! 

Yes - the villa has air conditioning in each bedroom and in the Lounge/Kitchen area

We recommend drinking water from the supplied bottled water machine in the kitchen. This supplies hot, ambient, and cold water. 
The water in general tap water in the villa comes from our well - some 60metres below the villa and very good. 

Check-ins are normally from 2 pm, with check-outs from 10am.
If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please confirm at the time of booking. 

The short answer is that we will be there to meet you! 
Around 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a WhatsApp Message from one of our Villa Managers to confirm your arrival details.   

We personally use and recommend Agung Putra to all of our Friends and Family. They are a family-run business and have a range of cars available 24 hours a day. We use them for both Airport Transfers and local sightseeing around the island. Agung can be contacted on WhatsApp +62 813 3937 6797

Yes - the Villa is cleaned daily. When you check in to the villa, one of our Villa Managers will collect your WhatsApp contact details so we can agree on a time that suits you best. 

Circle K is around 75 metres from the Villa. It is open 24 hours per day. It sells most things you need.  Highly recommended for that 4am Breakfast (got to love Jet Lag), and to purchase most things that you may need. If there's something you cannot find there, let the villa staff know and they help you find it. 
Also - there are 3 other convenience stores within 250m of the villa! 

The villa is around 40 metres down a laneway from Jalan Bisma. Guests have noted how quiet it is at night; however, as with everywhere in Bali, between 8 am and 5 pm, you will likely hear some form of construction noise somewhere. 

The closest and recommended money changer is located 50 metres from the villa, next door to Royal Ubud Massage, located at 52 JL. Bisma. They are open from 7 am to 10 pm and offer good rates. 

Bali and Ubud are in the tropics, so yes, you may see mosquitoes. We advise everyone to wear long clothing in the mornings and evenings, and to use bug spray. Shutting the doors and having the Air Conditioning on is also recommended in the mornings and evenings. 
If you are heading up to the rice fields, we recommend wearing long clothing at all times. Bug spray is available in the villas, and you are welcome to use it.
